Package Day Description
Day 1:
Cochin - Munnar (Tea Garden & Hillstation)
Arrival at Cochin. Then to Munnar. This beautiful hill station was once the summer capital of the British Government in India. The never ending vast expanse of tea plantations and the round the year moderate climate makes it a little haven for visitors. Afternoon visit Rajamala- house of the highly endangered mountain goats - the Nilgiri Thars. Then to Lakkam water falls which is accessible by a short trek through the forest. Evening at leisure. Overnight stay at Munnar.
Day 2:
Munnar
After breakfast to Echo point and Mattupetty Dam. Speed boating facilities are available here. The dam is flanked by forests and wast expanse of grass land on one side and the Kundala tea plantation on the other. Afternoon at leisure. Overnight stay at Munnar.
Day 3:
Munnar - Periyar (Wildlife sanctuary & Spice plantation)
Morning after breakfast to Thekkady. Afternoon visit Periyar lake around which the sanctuary is built, for boating. This is the only sanctuary in India where you can have the unique experience of viewing the wild life at close quarters from the safety of a boat. Stay in Thekkady.
Day 4:
Periyar - Alleppey (Backwaters)
Morning after breakfast to Alleppey. By noon check in at the house boat in Alleppey for a 20 hour house boating through the legendary backwaters of Kerala. On the way you will witness a full range of lifes and activities and some mind boggling sceneries. Overnight in the house boat. House boat is a private boat with fully furnished spacious bath attached bed rooms, hygiene kitchen, dining area and private front deck to capture the beauty of the back waters.
Day 5:
Alleppey - Cochin
Get down from the houseboat and proceed to Cochin for a bit of shopping. Afternoon to the Cochin airport/railway station for onward journey.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellation made before 15 days of check-in date - Rs. 2,500/- will be charged
For cancellation made before 7 days of check-in date - Rs. 3500/- or 5% retention on the package amount (which ever is higher)
For cancellation made before 3 days of check-in date - Rs. 5,000/- or 10% retention on the package amount (which ever is higher)
For cancellation made before 24 hours of check-in date - Rs. 10,000/- or 25% retention on the package amount (which ever in higher)
For cancellation made within 24 hours of check-in date - 100% retention on the package amount
Terms and Conditions
Child below 6 years of age is complimentary
For child above 6 years of age, extra adult price is applicable
No refunds for absences from a tour or for any missed sightseeing
If the hotels mentioned in the itinerary are fully booked, under such unavoidable circumstances the passengers will be accommodated in similar hotels
Rates are not applicable from Dec 15th 2009 to Jan 15th 2010
