Kathmandu
Day 01: Kathmandu

Arrival in Kathmandu Airport . Pick up from airport and transfer to hotel, rest of the day is free, Night halt at Hotel.

Kathmandu City Tour
Day 02: Kathmandu City Tour

After breakfast start to Kathmandu sightseeing including Pashupatinath, Swayambhunath and Budha Nilkanth Darshan, back to hotel and rest of the day is free for packing and program briefing.

Kathmandu - Nyalam
Day 03: Kathmandu - Nyalam

This is the first day of the Yatra. After breakfast depart from Kathmandu to China border by tourist coach. It takes about 05 hours. Our agent will complete our custom formalities and check into Tibet, an autonomous part of China. After lunch drive to a small Tibetan town called Nylam by Land Cruiser. Overnight stay at Nylam Guest House. Breakfast and dinner in camp side and packed lunch will be provided.

Nyalam Full day acclimatization
Day 04: Nyalam Full day acclimatization

Full day free for excursion of Nylam city.

Nyalam - Saga
Day 05: Nyalam - Saga(4500mt)

After breakfast drive from Nylam to Saga for about 07:00 hours which is 220 km. Overnight stay at Saga in tent or guesthouse.

Saga to Mansarovar
Day 06: Saga to Mansarovar (Hore 4500 mt.)

After breakfast leave for Mansarovar in a distance of 225 Km which takes about 08:00 hours. This is the first day stay at the bank of the Mansarovar Lake. Overnight stay in tent or guesthouse.

Drive to Chho-kue Gompa
Day 07: Drive to Chho-kue Gompa

Mansarovar Parikrama by Land Cruiser. We will choose the special point to take deep in Mansarovar Lake and to Pooja of Lord Shiva. Full day free for spiritual activities. Drive around 2.30 hrs to Darchen and overnight stay there.

Darchen to Diraphuk
Day 8: Darchen to Diraphuk (4890 mt)

This is the first day of Kailash Parikrama. We should start our journey after breakfast as early as possible. This day we have to walk continuously for about 6 to 7 hours. Yak will carry our all goods and equipment. Overnight stay at Driaphuk in tent.

Diraphuk to Zuthulphuk
Day 9: Diraphuk to Zuthulphuk (4790mt.)

The day is very sensitive and we have to pass Dolma-La Pass, which is 5400 mt. above sea level. The weather is unpredictable in Dolma-la Pass and at any time snowstorm can fall. So we try to start our journey as early as possible. In route we can have Darshan of Gaurikund but it is very difficult to go and touch. Overnight stay in route to Zuthulphuk in tent.

Zuthulphuk to Paryang
Day 10: Zuthulphuk to Paryang

We will Trek Down to Darchen Later our tour starts back for Kathmandu following the same route and same system applies for all subjects of our accommodation and meal.

Paryang to Saga
Day 11: Paryang to Saga

Drive back to Saga.

Saga to Nylam
Day 12: Saga to Nylam

Drive back to Nylam, which is the last stay in Tibet part.

Nylam to Kathmandu
Day 13: Nylam to Kathmandu

After custom formalities we will be picked up by Nepal side and continue drive to Kathmandu for about 05:00 Hours & check into same hotel.

Kathmandu
Day 14: Kathmandu

Morning Check out Hotel, transfer to Katmandu Airport Board the Flight for Onward Destination

FITNESS:
Since Kailash & Manasarovar are at very high altitude, one should be appropriately equipped with proper paraphernalia and adequate medical check ups. Since it is a high altitude pilgrimage are requested to consult family physician and get the following tests done:

Apart from all these tests, the pilgrims are advised to start morning and evening walk, jogging, stretching, meditation and regular exercise in order to be in physically fit condition.
CLOTHING & OTHER NECESSARIES:
As temperature varies between day & night (from max. 20 degree centigrade to min. -10 degree centigrade) pilgrims should carry the following items and clothing for the Yatra:
Woolen hand gloves, Woolen socks, Muffler, Monkey cap, Towels, Paper roll, Liquid soap, Rain coat, Light jacket, Sweater - full and half, Sun hat, Sun glasses, Shirts & T shirts, Trekking shoes, Thermal flask, Thermal wears, Sun cream & Cold cream, Water bottle, Personal Camera, Sufficient Camera rolls, Binocular, Torch & Batteries, Pencil/pen, Notebook.
TRANSPORTATION:
From Katmandu to Zhangmu (Nepal/Tibet boarder) by tourist coach. From Zhangmu by four-wheeler Land Cruiser Jeep accommodating four to five persons. Truck to carry all necessary supporting equipment.
INSURANCE:
Full travel insurance coverage for medical evacuation, loss of belongings and trip cancellation is strongly recommended on extra cost.
