I had chosen Travelmarg after reading great reviews about their promptness in response. It proved to be true. Prior to booking I had plenty of queries and they were answered patiently. Once I made my plane bookings and fixed on the dates, Travelmarg booked all the hotels. I researched on the net and was not quite happy with one choice at Munnar but having gone there I’d say it wasn’t all bad (Tea Castle). The hotels booked were absolutely lovely with scenic views that could be seen from our rooms without having to step out anywhere. This is exactly what we’d asked for and got. Thank you Srinivas for getting us such superb hotels.

Our Kochi hotel, Deshadan Plaza had impeccable service and was the only hotel that thoughtfully provided us with two beds separated by a table. (Poovar hotel Isola di Cocco too had two separate beds). Thekkady was wondrous (Rangerwood Nature Castle, best food). Also Munnar (Tea Castle, best bathroom and only one with an external extra sink), Allepey (Shaji’s houseboat organized by Lakelands Cruise, best service, Kerala food finally), Poovar (Isola di Cocco, all good things came togetherJ ).
