The overall trip was fine and thanks to travel marg for giving good hotels and arranging the trip in a budget amount. We are very confortable with driver's approach. The Hotel Infantry in Bangalore was good. The recieving and food was good. The Crystal Park Inn hotel in mysore was average. The room was quiet okay but the bed in the room looks likedouble bedroom given for a couple. When we book a room for couple we expect that the bed given will be of bouble cot but not two single cots combined. The hotel Ponmari residency in Ooty was average. The way of recieving was not good. The reciptionist is not even able to check in the system and know when the guest is expected to visit. When i shown my itenary he said Ponmari is not existing in the list. Thereciptionistimpression was that by mistake we went to ooty instead of going to mysore. And they even dont know whether the breakfast comes under complimentary or not when the package was booked. While i am checking out of the hotel he charged me with 400 rs bill for breakfast which i said was complimentary. Thanks to travelmarg for imediate response to my call though that was not the office hours.
Finally thanks to travelmarg for providing as such a nice trip in budget amount.

We were a little unsure of what to expect, and the weekend was unlike any experience we've had in the US. The staff was excellent. The food was good and we tried many new things. The spa was refreshing. The best service provided was the relaxation. It was exactly what we needed.

We had a great time in Phuket. Excellent customer service from travel marg and a wonderful resort!! The Travel marg representative (Shyam) called us as soon as we entered our room in the resort to ensure that everything was ok - really impressive!
Like every traveller, we were anxious that our holiday be perfect. Shyam was very patient with us, and co-operated with us throughout the booking process.
Thanks to travel marg for making our honeymoon so wonderful!!

Firstly thanks to Ms. Roja for having the right attitude and co-ordinating well and making all the arrangemnts perfectly inspite of us making last minute adjustments to our trip.
Secondly special thanks to Mr. Saravaran our tour driver who really had an fantasic attitude and drove the innova very professionally and we never felt an difficulty inspite of travelling on road from Bangalore - Mysore - Coorg and back.
Last but the Most important Thanks to Travelmarg Management for employing the right attitude persons and making the right decisions in having the right tie-ups.

But I suggest one thing regarding cab driver, driver should know one language Hindi/English so that visitors co-ordinate easily. Finally it was very nice trip.
