Hello, I thank travel marg on behalf of Mr. Y Ramkishan and family to have organised the tour with complete planning except for the few programmes being cancelld on account of the floods in Bangkok. It was fun and the places covered in the itenary were all worth seeing. The tourist buses and hotels were luxurious except for the water scarcity in those countries. So, it would be more glad if prior information regarding the water supply was provided so that we would make our own arrangements wherever we plan to go for the day. Also i personally think that we should be given time to shop in Indian markets in Kuala Lampur and Singapore than in the city malls which are extremely costly. On the whole it was a remarkable trip.Thank you!

7 day trip to Kerala – Kochi-Thekkady-Munnar-Allepey-Poovar-Trivandrum
I had chosen Travelmarg after reading great reviews about their promptness in response. It proved to be true. Prior to booking I had plenty of queries and they were answered patiently. Once I made my plane bookings and fixed on the dates, Travelmarg booked all the hotels. I researched on the net and was not quite happy with one choice at Munnar but having gone there I’d say it wasn’t all bad (Tea Castle). The hotels booked were absolutely lovely with scenic views that could be seen from our rooms without having to step out anywhere. This is exactly what we’d asked for and got. Thank you Srinivas for getting us such superb hotels.
Our Kochi hotel, Deshadan Plaza had impeccable service and was the only hotel that thoughtfully provided us with two beds separated by a table. (Poovar hotel Isola di Cocco too had two separate beds). Thekkady was wondrous (Rangerwood Nature Castle, best food). Also Munnar (Tea Castle, best bathroom and only one with an external extra sink), Allepey (Shaji’s houseboat organized by Lakelands Cruise, best service, Kerala food finally), Poovar (Isola di Cocco, all good things came togetherJ ).

I urge my friends to go through with Travel marg. I'll plan the trip soon again thru travel marg which is really offer desirable itinerary plan.

As far as my booking experience goes a little unpleasantness because of mis-communication could have been avoided.

I took the package from travel marg for 3+1 days in Taj exotica Goa along with air bookings .We had a great trip and me,my husband and my two grown-up sons enjoyed a lot. I would like to thank your representative JHANSI who handled our account. She was always in contact with me, made all the required changes very efficiently and even after the booking was done and we were in Goa-there was some confusion about the room given to us (the hotel pepole gave us a sea veiw room without us asking for it and then asked us to pay the difference ) but this problem was delt with by Jhansi and we had no trouble regarding the matter after that .The hotel was fantastic.We are very pleased with the promptness and efficiency shown by you.and will definately recomend travel-marg to our friends.
